Jeff Garrett is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (BSME) and the University of Texas at Dallas (MBA). He has more than 25 years of product and business development experience. Jeff began his career at Texas Instruments in Dallas developing state-of-the-art infrared imaging systems, digital projectors and high-speed digital printers. After receiving his MBA, Jeff left Texas Instruments in 1997 to start The Mercury Group specializing in Strategic Marketing Consulting for new product introductions. In 2009 Jeff merged The Mercury Group with three other companies to form IDM Group incorporating consulting, engineering and prototyping. In 2013 Jeff and Robert Heilbrun formed Garrett Heilbrun Technology Partners providing a full range of new product development services. In his spare time, Jeff builds and races vintage Mustangs.

Robert Heilbrun:

Robert Heilbrun graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. He has over 12 years experience in manufacturing including tooling, molding, and machining. Robert started his career with Project Design Services by developing and expanding their manufacturing capabilities. In 2007, Robert cofounded PDS Manufacturing to provide contract manufacturing and assembly services for industries including medical devices. In 2010, PDS Manufacturing merged with three other companies to form IDM. In 2013 Robert and Jeff Garrett formed Garrett Heilbrun Technology Partners providing broader in-house manufacturing capabilities. In his spare time, Robert enjoys the outdoors and is a conservation-minded hunter.
